ExternalLinks are green NikiLinks are blue.

Niki supports external links onto URLs, HTML, PDF and postscript files. In the NikiConfiguration you can bind other file extensions to programs. Some external documents, simple texts, man pages and some image formats are supported by Niki.

External links are

• URLs ( http:... https:... mailto:... )

• files with relative path

• files with absolute path

Relative external links are relative to the current Niki.

The URL is all up to the next space.

The extension of the files is bound to an external program, see NikiConfiguration.
