This dialog allows to select and deselect the user with access rights to the CDR(W) recorder. Simply use the buttons to select deselect the user. Click the <OK> button finally. Then restart tkateker.
This Dialog can be started when running tkateker as root. Start the dialog "Setup->Control KaTeker" and click the <Select user accessing CDR(W) recorder> button.
If this dialog is not coming up, it can be
that you mistyped the root password
sudo is not installed
root got no right to access the X-server.
If you use kde
use kdesu :
kdesu path_to/kateker_cdr_setup
Try ssh :
ssh -X -l root localhost absolute_path_to/kateker_cdr_setup
Try to give root access to the X-server open a X-window and type
xhost +root
su -
path_to/kateker_cdr_setup
exit
xhost -root
